A project team focused on writing, recommending, and advocating for public policy from within the Syracuse Urbanism Collective. Managed by Baxter Hankin. See our public policy short lists below:
In addition to the short lists, the document below represents the transportation and land use planning committee of the SustainCNY Coalition. This coalition is focused on managing the factors surrounding Micron and growth in Central New York sustainably. Our focus is to ensure that Central New York plans for environmentally sustainable growth with urbanism that improves the quality of life for all and the resilience of our communities. Our main document within this coalition focusing on regional planning is the comic below, comparing a child’s walk to a friend’s house in a poorly designed versus a well designed community, followed by resources and action items.
